Tri County Management was started over 50 years ago by John Sweeney when he built a relationship with the McDonalds’s founder Ray Kroc. After their first restaurant opened in Baden, PA in 1960, John continued to grow the company until his retirement in the 1980’s. Once his son Paul took lead, the number of restaurants grew to its present 20, with locations in Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, and Lawrence counties. Paul’s daughter Meghan has begun to work with her father in the family business, thereby continuing the company’s family-run legacy.
