Over the course of the last several weeks, there has been substantial movement on the part of all Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation stakeholders to keep our administrative system moving during the COVID-19 Emergency. Most importantly, this is being done safely, with technology, with creative workarounds and not in violation of any governmental orders. Below are some updates on what has been achieved in Pennsylvania and what can be done. All of these achievements are designed to move cases forward and serve the needs of everyone whose goal is to close files, win cases, reduce exposure or settle disputes during the COVID-19 Emergency.
