Scott Radcliffe

Currently the Chief Business Development Officer, Scott Radcliffe has years of experience in the insurance industry under his belt. Prior to coming to EHD, Scott graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA with a BA in Economics then immediately entered the insurance industry as an Agent with Northwestern Mutual Life in Philadelphia, focusing on individual life insurance sales to families and small businesses. Scott returned to Lancaster in January of 1995 to join EHD as an Account Executive in the Life & Employee Benefits Department focusing on new business development in Central Pennsylvania. Scott is responsible for the continued growth and agency, as well as business development, carrier partner relationships and marketing and communications. Scott also serves as Board Chairman for the Boys Club and Girls Club of Lancaster and is involved with several other local community organizations. Professionally, Scott is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Health Underwriters and the Lancaster County Business Group on Health. Scott is licensed in the state of Pennsylvania for Life, Accident & Health. Outside of work Scott enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
