Originally from Royersford, PA, Kathy Ann Kramer came to EHD from Ollie’s Bargain Outlet as an Employee Benefits Account Coordinator in 2013 and has recently been promoted to a Client Services Consultant in March 2018. Before working for Ollie’s, Kathy Ann worked for Philadelphia Electric as a Payroll/Benefits Administrator, at Sauder Eggs as a Human Resource Assistant and also at ECORE International as a Payroll/Benefits Administrator. With over 25 years of HR, Employee Benefits and Payroll experience, Kathy Ann excels in providing excellent customer service, and building and strengthening new and existing relationships inside and outside the organization. Outside of work, she enjoys working with men and women in transitional houses, spending time with her family, friends, and pets, gardening and cooking.
