You can’t step foot in our Exton office without first being cheerfully greeted by Susan Poli. Her enthusiasm and joy shine in her position as the receptionist/Administrative assistant, especially when serving as the first point of contact for visitors. Susan’s three-year anniversary of working at EHD was on February 18th, 2018 and in that time she has established an easy rapport with everyone in the Exton branch, as well as our clients and prospects.
Susan strives to demonstrate poise and professionalism in all aspects of her job, and enjoys being an integral part of the EHD team. Her number one goal in her position is “to embrace each and every day with all of its possibilities both at the office and within [her] personal life and not take a single day for granted.” In Exton, Susan enjoys trying to make the office environment enjoyable for her entire team.
In her personal life, Susan is a happy wife and mother of four children and two grandchildren, both of whom were born in the last year. Her love story is a special one: her father coached college football her entire life and despite having a rule Susan couldn’t date any of the players, she ended up falling in love and marrying one for twenty-eight years and counting. After she got married, Susan and her husband welcomed their four children into the world and she was able to stay at home to raise them. During that time, she developed entrepreneurial skills in order to contribute to the family income. In her spare time, you can find Susan on a trail, at a park taking family photographs, or on a lacrosse field cheering on her kids. She also enjoys playing tennis, running and taking long walks with her dog.
Susan Poli’s dedication to excellent customer and team service is evident in everything she does. Her willingness to lend a hand or brighten someone’s day makes her a valuable member of the EHD team. So, when you go to visit the Exton branch, know that no matter the nature of your visit, Susan will be there to welcome you and feel at ease.
