EHD Senior Vice President, Joe Harriger, recently partnered with Heather Barron-Bowlin of Philadelphia Insurance Companies to present a check to the Community Action Program of Lancaster County (CAP) as part of the Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program (EITC). The contribution to CAP Child Care will help to fund and expand their pre-kindergarten scholarship program.
The Community Action Program of Lancaster County is a long-standing client and partner of EHD. They provide a wide array of services to the Lancaster County area through programs that support financial stability; child care, early education and parenting; emergency and support services; food and nutrition; and senior assistance.
