EHD Awarded “Best Practices Agency” Status in 2020 for 5th Consecutive Year

Lancaster, PA, September 1, 2020 – For the 5th consecutive year, EHD has been named as a “Best Practices Agency” in 2020 by the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIAB or the Big I”). EHD joins an elite group of insurance agencies around the United States as only 262 independent agencies qualified as a Best Practices agency out of over 36,000 insurance agencies nationwide

The Best Practices Study was initiated by IIABA in 1993 as the foundation for efforts to improve agency performance. The annual Study of leading independent insurance agencies, which is conducted by the Big “I” and Reagan Consulting of Atlanta, GA, documents the business practices of these “best” agencies and urges others to adopt similar practices. Agencies must submit extensive financial and operational data for review each year and must be exemplary in a majority of these categories in order to earn and maintain their status as a Best Practices agency.
